I’m just thinking about the utter BS disregard Trumpletoes has for the rest of us commoners.

Specifically his horrible DAVOS comments about other NATO participants taking a back seat to USA troops in Afghanistan.

Thing is AUSTRALIA is not a NATO country- but we do support our NATO allies through specific international partnerships which include a lot of support services.

And between 2001 and 2021, 40,000 AU troops were assigned to the Afghanistan theatre. 47 lost their lives in combat, nearly 300 more were wounded.

That 20 years of ally-ship cost Australian citizens nearly $11 billion , 9 of which was for military operations, the rest was humanitarian aid.

But hey - if the USA thinks our sacrifices are not up to snuff they are free to take all their toys out of our sandbox and fuck right off. I’d like to see how well their criminal invasions of other South American nations would go without the support of Pine Gap.

Given the shitstorm brewing in US cities right now, I reckon China has a better human rights record at this point anyhow. And they actually keep their promises so …..
