Probably the most important and time consuming research I’ve ever done: Over the past year, I looked into Swiss soldiers who served in the IDF.

Through months of research, I was able to identify which Swiss citizen served in the Israeli army and were investigated by Swiss authorities under suspicion of foreign military service.

Several investigations were launched as a result of my press inquiries. So far, only one case has been concluded – the soldier was acquitted.

I also came across an organization that sends internationals to Israel for gap year programs, houses them in an illegal settlement and prepares them for their military service.
