The app for independent voices

for every you.

some days, our minds are too loud. that’s why we’re here.

this isn’t a self-help space. it isn’t about fixing or finding ten ways to be better. it’s about sitting with the parts of us that already are. the quiet ones, the messy ones, the overthinking ones, the versions that show up when no one’s watching.

mentally me began as a reminder that we all carry a lot. thoughts that spiral, feelings that don’t always make sense, memories that still ache. and yet, inside all of that, we’re still human. learning. trying. becoming.

this space is for every you. the one who wakes up okay and the one who doesn’t.

the one who holds it together at work but crumbles in silence later.

the one who wants to be understood but can’t find the words.

and the one who’s just tired of pretending that being okay is the only goal.

you’ll find letters here. not essays, not advice. just honest words from minds like yours and mine.

sometimes they’ll be quiet. sometimes they’ll be heavy. sometimes they’ll sound like the things you haven’t been able to say out loud.

we’ll share reflections, thoughts, reminders to breathe, and once in a while, something that makes you pause long enough to remember that you’re not alone.

there’ll be space for you to write back, to add your own voice, your own story, your own version of “me too.”

no pressure to heal fast. no expectation to stay positive.

just room to be calm, and human.

if your mind feels loud, you can come here.

if you need quiet, you can stay.

we’ll take it slow, together.

mentally me

for every you.
