So often, I feel guilty if I’m not working, especially when I’m not seeing the results I want. A friend once told me I’m like a propellor in constant motion, and maybe once in a while, I should turn it off.
Your brain needs a break. It wasn’t built to work nonstop.
Mental fatigue: Sinks productivity.
Breaks: Boost focus and creativity.
Recharge: Even five minutes makes a difference.
When did you last pause … on purpose?
Skipping breaks doesn’t make you a hero. It makes you slower and more stressed. Step away. Stretch. Breathe. You’ll come back sharper and calmer.
I’ve learned this the hard way. My best ideas never came from grinding — they came from resting.
The pause is powerful. Use it.
