I’m curious, do you use meditation as part of your daily routine?

Meditation isn’t hard, but it is complicated. Let’s be honest: it’s a love/hate thing.

  • What to love: Instant calm, better focus, deeper breathing.

  • What to hate: Restless thoughts, awkward silences, sticking with it.

  • The truth: It’s worth it anyway.

I’ve had a love/hate relationship with meditation since the early 2000s.

Some days it feels like a lifeline, other days like wrestling my brain into submission.

But here’s what I’ve learned: even on the tough days, it’s five minutes well spent.

Meditation isn’t perfect—it’s just powerful.

Try it. You might love it … or hate it. Both are okay.
