A 26-year-old black male named Hassan Mohamed Muse has been charged over the broad daylight shooting m—rder in the middle of downtown Portland, Ore. on July 1. The suspect allegedly fled the scene on foot but was apprehended by the Portland Police after violently resisting arrest.

The victim, an unidentified white male, was shot in the back and died from his injuries.
