The violent liberal protester who went viral for trying to fight TPUSA attendees in Tampa, Fla. has been arrested on suspicion of battery, resisting arrest and driving under the influence. He has been identified as 45-year-old Trevor Darryl Smith, a loan and mortgage advisor.

Smith bonded out of custody on July 13 after two days.
