Concussion,  chipped tooth and 9 stitches in his lip, this is why we always film the police.

This was in Jacksonville Florida on Feb 19th. Why was Will pulled over? He says because his headlights were off at 4 on when there was no rains smoke or fog.

This is straight police brutality, excessive force and totally wrong on every level.
