HNY and a walk round the Chapel House, Southwell Minster. Beautiful carvings and “the finest example of naturalistic carving in the UK” - maple, oak and hawthorn.

Lit a candle and said a prayer for my mum who’s been in hospital and struggling with health issues - and for all the things I would like to have happen in my life this year.

I find it so grounding here. Open every day for prayer and reflection since 1108. 🙏
