Puberty blockers target a circadian pathway.

Think about that and how artificial light alone is estimated to cause significant circadian disruption for 99 percent of people living in the USA.

This process of circadian-disrupted puberty:

• starts in the womb at the first endocrine puberty

• proceeds in the second endocrine puberty between 0 and 6 months for boys and the first 2-3 years for girls

• and then finally presents at what we think of as “puberty” or “precocious puberty” but is actually the third round of puberty from an endocrine standpoint

Teaching parents and practitioners how to support a baby’s earlier puberties while in the womb and early life which is one of many reasons I publish here on Substack.

I chose this platform for many reasons, once is which is here, there is room for evidence-based discussion of difficult topics.

Stabilizing and strengthening circadian rhythms NEEDS to be integrated into prenatal education ASAP.

If you also sense this to be true, or want to explore the evidence for yourself, I invite you to subscribe to my publication and follow along not only puberty, but all the reasons we should be pursuing circadian strength and stability for today’s young families.

You can also find my podcast interview about this by searching my name and puberty on Spotify.

Thank you and please like, re-stack, and share your own stories of how this has impacted you or those you love.

It’s never to early OR too late to start working on this aspect of health 🧡
