Q: What is your writing schedule and how many projects do you juggle at once?

A: Barring anything insane, I’m a one project at a time guy. When I write a story, it’s full immersion, 24/7 thinking about THAT story. I don’t want to be pulled different ways. That said, often I’m forced to pause a new project to do edits or rewrites on something else. This makes me grumpy. As far as schedule, I work full-time, usually 9am – 6pm, sometimes later, 6-7 days a week, then an additional 1-2 hours every night. So, I’m at my desk a LOT.
