I love Yoga Nidra too! I first discovered it during my yoga teacher training course, and I was amazed at how effortlessly it brought me into a parasympathetic state. At first, I couldn’t quite grasp how something so simple could have such a profound effect, but over time, it became clear. It’s now one of my favourite practices, and I completely agree. It’s incredibly powerful and a great reminder of the healing potential of stillness.
