As we get back to work?

I got to reflect about work, which takes almost 1/3 of our week days and sometimes more🚀

In my video, I share that work is purpose activated. Bloom Inside Out Community of boss ladies said work is service to others, using your expertise, experience, gifts and talents.

Both speak to leadership lived out daily, not through position, but through responsibility, consistency and example.

Work is worship 🙌🏽

We don’t have to work, we get to. It’s a privilege often taken for granted.

Work is more than a job or a title; it’s a calling to steward our gifts, grow our character and add value where we are planted.

How we show up matters. The effort, integrity and intention we bring to our work shapes not only outcomes, but who we become in the process.

As the Word says in Proverbs 12:11, “Those who work their land will have abundant food.”

So I choose to work the land I’m planted on, faithfully, responsibly, and with gratitude, trusting that meaningful work done well is never wasted.
