Make money doing the work you believe in

One of the questions I hear most as a Growth Coach is, "How do I find my purpose?"

"Many plans are in a man's mind, but it is the Lord's purpose for him that will stand." Proverbs 19:21 (AMP)

For years, we've been led to believe that purpose is hidden somewhere, waiting to be discovered. We imagine it as a destination that we'll eventually arrive at once we've gained enough experience, achieved enough success or reached the right season of life.

But I've learnt something different.Purpose isn't something you stumble upon.

Purpose is revealed as you faithfully become the person God created you to be.

It unfolds while you're serving. While you're building. While you're learning. While you're loving. While you're courageously showing up, even when you don't have all the answers.

Too often, people wait for perfect clarity before taking action. Yet clarity is usually the result of movement, not the prerequisite for it.

I've found that God's purpose becomes clearer when you're busy doing what He has placed in your heart to do; the work that energises you, the problems you feel compelled to solve, the people you are called to serve, and the gifts that come naturally to you.

That is why I believe purpose is not simply about what you do. It is about alignment.

Alignment between your identity, your values, your gifts, your leadership and God's calling on your life.

When those pieces begin to align, your decisions become easier. Your confidence grows. Your leadership becomes more authentic. You stop chasing everyone else's definition of success and start living your own God-given assignment.

This philosophy sits at the heart of my #LeadingWithPurpose masterclass, now part of the Aligned Woman Blueprint ~ an expert-led education programme designed to equip women with the inner skills needed to navigate modern life with greater clarity, self-awareness, resilience, and sustainable success. It recognises that lasting success is built from the inside out, not by striving harder but by becoming more aligned. #AlignedWomanBlueprint =

Purpose is not about becoming someone else. It is about becoming more fully yourself.

So today, instead of asking, "What is my purpose?" perhaps ask:

What lights me up?

Who do I naturally serve?

What gifts has God already placed within me?

The answers to those questions may well be the breadcrumbs leading you towards the purpose He has already written over your life.

Keep showing up.

Keep growing.

Keep trusting.

Because while many are our plans, it is God's purpose that will ultimately stand.
