Atheism does not engage in recruitment. Atheism simply spreads by observation—by watching what religious people say and do—and not by outreach. There is no organized effort to convert people to atheism, and there is certainly no atheist door-knocking division, campaign strategy, missionary infrastructure, or conversion apparatus of any kind.
The truth? No one creates atheists faster than conservative Christians being conservative Christians—they do all the heavy lifting for us. Christianity in America has become a full-time atheist factory, and the U.S. Department of Labor has now decided to pitch in and formally endorse the process as if this embarrassment qualifies as a legitimate workforce development program.
We atheists say “thank you” for the unpaid labor, the accelerating conversions, and the ongoing religious deprogramming.
