The app for independent voices

This is our first house together. When we sold our neighbor said we would regret it. You know, because it’s now worth a million dollars more than it was when we bought it… but I don’t. I never really felt at home there and I think it’s important to feel at home where you live.

I recently asked Tim if he liked Minnesota. He was particularly chatty that day, and he said he did. He doesn’t just like it here, he loves it here. I said, even in this cold, because wow is it cold outside. And he said, just look at the snow, it’s beautiful.

He’s right. The snow is pretty. But knowing that my kids feel happy here? That’s the best.
