Hmm maybe, but consider (1) It the growth machine fails, then those communities will be very much back in vogue. (2) religious demographics having more kids than secular-liberals and more religious /more conservative = more kids (3) In North American - we have found that in rural areas, Catholics and Lutherans, Christians in general DO marry younger….and many do the no sex before marriage. My kids play music for a barn dance in a Lutheran church. They get 150 kids….mostly late teens. First marriage and first baby (9 months after) last year. The lesson I take is a cultural one> the need to build Christian cultures…real cultures with music, dance, books, courting, food, feasting, fasting…procession, rituals…elders……from the ground up. It’s the only way. Get to church. Put on a suit (you’re probably young enough to fit into one LOL)…create that youth culture….Make it an orthodox church…whatever denomination….High Anglican. And go the WHOLE hog. Take no prisoners. Make it your life. Find a woman who is inclined same way. Have kids…lots of them
