Florida police violently arrest an innocent bystander, firing a taser at him even though he was standing still and not resisting.

The man had only asked why his brother was being detained, a situation tied to DeSantis authorizing Florida Highway Patrol to assist ICE.

“He was just talking,” the woman recording tries to explain, but the officer arrests him for “fighting” anyway.

The incident took place in a residential neighborhood in Palm Beach County, Florida.
