Body camera footage released by New York's Attorney General shows correctional officers brutally beating 43-year-old Robert Brooks while he was handcuffed on a prison infirmary bed. Brooks died the next day.
This happened 12/9/24. I couldn't watch more than 3 seconds of it. ACAB
