I was born in Ohio, but grew up in California, Virginia, and Florida, because my dad rejoined the Navy when I was very young.  We lived in military housing for several years before moving into our own house.  I made several friends in military housing and had a great childhood roaming around the neighborhood.  I played sports near our house, played with my toys with friends, and played video games.  I got to go to some good schools that prepared me for college.  Growing up in military housing was a great experience.
