If you feel the need to boycott American products right now and you are in Europe, I would advise against going cold turkey. The way to do it effectively is to pick one or two services and gradually make the switch with those two and go from there.

That being said: There are some good starts you can gradually undergo. One change I have done I am quite happy with is shifting from using Google Chrome as a browser to Opera. I am aware it is a Norwegian company with huge Chinese investments/stakeholders but it is one of the easier switches you can make if that is not a problem for you. Not technically EU but it is a pretty easy switch. If you need it to be made in the EU proper then Ecosia is an eco-friendly browser that is pretty good that is headquartered in Berlin that I find quite useful.

And while Switzerland is not in the EU, Proton is a very good company and Proton Mail is a very good alternative to services like Gmail and Outlook. I know I refrain from politics on here usually but I felt like this could be a useful two cents if anyone was curious.
