Bob you were right when you commented to me this was “the hardest of all your essays to read.”
It was the hardest for me to write.
There is a weight in these pages that doesn’t sit on the mind, it sits on the soul.
A darkness I can describe only as the residue of what the powerful do when they believe no one will ever hold them to account.
And that’s exactly why I wrote this piece.
Because I found myself asking:
Do people really understand who the elites are the ones steering our world toward oblivion?
Do they understand what these systems actually do to the powerless caught beneath them?
One of the most shocking things I read during this investigation wasn’t a memo, an email, or a flight log.
It was a detail buried in a victim’s testimony:
After her child was taken
after giving birth in front of an Isæli doctor,
after the baby was disappeared before she even held it
she reached for Sylvia Plath.
Not because she studied Plath.
Not because she loved poetry.
But because Sylvia Plath is the patron saint of women devoured by systems of power.
Plath wrote about:
being split from her own body
being remade as an object
being swallowed by men who call themselves protectors
being trapped in a world that annihilates the feminine and calls it “order”
motherhood braided with death
babies symbolizing hope and doom at once
Plath’s poetry is not literature here
it is a mirror held up to a machine that crushes women and calls the ruins “acceptable losses.”
And that is why this investigation exists.
Because behind Epstein, behind the Lolita Express, behind every elite who boarded that jet with a smile, there is an architecture — dynastic, political, intelligence-linked — that created these horrors, normalized them, and buried the bodies beneath polite society.
This is why we expose them.
This is why we name them.
This is why their crimes against humanity can no longer be hidden behind philanthropy, politics, or power.
And we reach now for the truth
to tear down the system that made Sylvia Plath their scripture.
