Pieter Zhao
Pieter Zhao is a PhD researcher at Erasmus University Rotterdam studying irregular actors in maritime warfare. He is also a Nonresident Fellow with the Irregular Warfare Initiative and part of the Council on Geostrategy’s Maritime Leaders Programme.
