THIS right here is what I am talking about. The integrity of this man shines like a beacon on a cold dark night. A weaker man of his faith in America might be fearful of sharing what his faith teaches him, and it’s NOT Islamic fundamentalism.

Islam is a peace loving religion that helps shape the values of its followers by not just paying lip service to the values it promotes, not by talking but by doing.

The reason this man will succeed in New York is because he’s an open book, he wears his heart on his sleeve and he genuinely wants better for EVERY New Yorker, not just those who support him.

If he messes up, I can guarantee he won’t hide from his mistakes because his values won’t tolerate it. He inspires hope for me that leadership can go hand in hand with social responsibility, hope and ambition for a better tomorrow.

Democrats would do well to follow his example because THIS is what wins elections. The nation owes @NYCMayor a debt of gratitude for lighting the path on the long road out of tyranny driven by greed.
