Make money doing the work you believe in
The Ken Martin thing is dumb on several levels:
1) Why hire someone else to help him do parts of his job that he can’t do? Why keep him in place and hire someone in addition instead of getting rid of him?
2) It’s not just fundraising he’s awful at. He’s toxic for the brand. WHY KEEP HIM IN PLACE?!
3) Did we have to let him get $2M in debt before realizing that he’s awful at fundraising?
This is why people don’t trust Democrats. This is not only a collection of bad logic, but exacerbated by the “throw good money after bad” idea. We were so worried over a month ago that it was “too late” to replace him and that we didn’t have good candidates so we left him.
Like we did with Graham Platner.
Get it together, Dems. We have an exploding dumpster fire from the right and whatever this three-ring circus is on the left. Please at least let us root for the trained tigers.
