SCOOP: Law enforcement arrested a man speaking out against a proposed data center after he went over his allotted speaking time of 3 minutes.

After reaching his 3 minutes, he said he was “reclaiming his time,” to cheers. Thirty seconds later, as audience members shouted “freedom of speech,” cops placed him under arrest. This was in Claremore, Oklahoma.
