BREAKING: A federal judge just tore apart Trump DOJ subpoenas targeting Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, ruling they were used to punish him for refusing to help carry out Trump’s ICE crackdown. The judge called it unlawful, pointed to Trump’s own threats of retaliation, and shut the whole thing down. Tim Walz stood his ground, and the courts backed him up.
