If President Trump has really given up on his $1.8 billion slush fund, then Republicans in Congress should join us in voting to shut it down. My new legislation will eliminate the Trump-Blanche Super Pardon and block any President from using taxpayer dollars to cut partisan loyalty reward checks for convicted felons.

Congress must act decisively to end this presidential plunder of the taxpayers.
