🚨 BREAKING: An Afghan ally who fought 10 years alongside U.S. Special Forces died in ICE custody in Texas less than 24 hours after being detained.

Mohommad Nazeer Paktyawal, 41, was living in Texas with his wife and six children while his asylum case was pending.

ICE agents arrested him outside his apartment while he was taking his children to school.

Less than 24 hours later β€” he was dead.

Paktyawal is at least the 12th person to die in ICE detention in 2026 as detentions surge across the country.

He fought for the United States.

He died in U.S. custody.

The Trump administration is now on track for the deadliest year in ICE detention in decades.
