ICE AMPUTATED FOUR OF HER TOES
Video recorded on a tablet and smuggled out of the facility shows a detained woman saying four of her toes were amputated while she was in custody—and that no one told her why. This happened at the South Louisiana ICE Processing Center in Basile, Louisiana.
The facility is operated by the private prison company GEO Group under contract with ICE.
She is now living with permanent physical loss in a cage.
ICE cannot imprison a woman, amputate four of her toes, and deny her the truth about her own body.
