Make money doing the work you believe in

A founder just said he'll hire world-class engineers with zero AI experience. He didn't ask for a resume. He asked for three bullets proving exceptional ability.

Healthcare hires the opposite way.

We reward the longest CV. The most boxes checked. The safest pedigree. Then we seat those credentials in a boardroom and ask them to deliberate their way to innovation. I spent years in that seat. The room is slow. The process is painful. Nothing ships.

The people who will change healthcare are not the ones with the thickest dossier. They are the ones who can tell you in three bullets why they belong in the work. They built something. They shipped something. They can prove their value without a three-page resume and a fourteen-slide preamble.

Credentials are a filter for the past. Three bullets are a signal about the future.

That is the line between Builder and Legacy.

Legacy hires the resume and convenes the committee. Builder hires the proof and clears the runway.

Medicine has no shortage of credentials. It has a shortage of builders who can compress their evidence into three bullets and go.

I'm looking for more three bullets.
