Rhinestone Catboy art car (RC) is a riff on Rhinestone Cowboy. My name is Ken Hoge. I’ve appeared in Houston Art Car Parade, Artocade, Alpine Art Walk and many other events. I volunteer for the Orange Show and am a Houston Heights Odd Fellow.
