Thank you Thom for this Substack note. I was just in wake up stage when Citizens United went through the court during Obama’s Administration. I hadn’t realized this was a 140 year venture. The Democrats should have seen this coming. How did the American Congress and Judiciary get so blind, deaf and dumb of what led up to Citizens United. One thing Citizens United didn’t do is Unite the people; it decimated our vote.
