Oleksandr Usyk defeated Rico Verhoeven by technical knockout in the 11th round, after previously knocking the Dutch fighter down.

After the fight, Usyk’s first words were: “I know Ukraine is being bombed right now. My family is in a shelter writing, ‘I love you.’”
