I’m unsure as to the accuracy of contradictions in the image provided, I just did a quick search. I’m not invested in figuring it out, because I already have my path which has no need for the Bible. My dog is only in the fight so far as the world needs better people; in that, alignment of these people to higher consciousness is essential—a feat I see few Christians attempt. There are exemplars in every school to be sure, but some nurture more than others. Not to pick on Christian’s exclusively, religion is broadly full of traps that damn realization of the ultimate.
The greatest issues with religion is faith and cognitive dissonance, they are not often allowed to think what is true, without reprimand from their authorities. There are endless contradictions in the Bible, with multiple sources, multiple authors. Jesus wrote nothing down and can only truly be met through inner pathwork—which is not taught except in esoteric circles of Christianity.
Most of the people in religions, as well as the authors of their holy books, were not enlightened. They do not have access to higher truth, they are simply barred entry for want of cognitive faculties. Those who do manage to Know God and build a relationship have historically been executed or learned to keep quiet and lie, this is a cross cultural occurrence. It is not the purpose, or of any interest to religions to help their followers realize truth, in fact it is often heretical. These are mechanisms of social control, politics disguised as metaphysics and moral teachings—that is what they are designed for, the elements of truth able to be grasped within the traditions and their texts are a byproduct of exceptional minds influencing the material. The material does not produce great men.
