Rachael Samberg
Rachael leads UC Berkeley's office of Scholarly Communication and Information Policy. She has a J.D. from Duke Law, practiced at Fenwick & West LLP, and was Head of Reference & Instructional Services and a Lecturer in Law at Stanford Law School.
