Bring 3 books (or reading materials) to one sitting.
Start with one book.
Read until your focus or energy begins to fade.
Then switch to a completely different book—new subject, new genre, new author.
That change creates a fresh burst of curiosity and attention. As a result, you can read with focus for longer periods of time.
