This makes me VERY ANGRY. And not just because this 7-year old is a Canadian, but because malfunctioning software causes immense human suffering. The human border agents in Texas who are “consulting” the software make life and death decisions by obeying software. It would never occur to them to inquire with higher-ups if there is a glitch in the system, or some explanation for their physical documentation not to be ratified by a database. They have no brains, no humanity, no common sense, and clearly no inkling of a moral compass. Please share this widely. RISE UP PEOPLE, RISE UP!
