"I'm not here to make you believe that chemtrails exist..." but they do, and they are spraying harmful chemicals and heavy metals on us humans, our food, our crops, and causing major health problems.

• The bill prohibits "the injection, release, or dispersal by any means whatsoever of any chemical, chemical compound, substance, or device into the atmosphere within the boundaries of this state for the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather, or sunlight intensity."

— This means that any intentional attempt to affect weather patterns, such as changes in temperature, precipitation, or sunlight intensity, is prohibited.

• END Cloud Seeding:

— Cloud seeding, a weather modification technique that involves spreading substances such as silver iodide into clouds to encourage rainfall or snow, is effectively banned under this legislation.

• The bill eliminates several provisions of Florida’s previous weather modification laws, which previously allowed regulated activities such as cloud seeding under state-issued permits.

• Penalties for Violations:

— Violators face stiffer civil penalties, with fines of up to $10,000 per violation, providing a strong deterrent to any weather-related experimentation or intervention in the state’s atmosphere.
