This easy pasta is rich, creamy, and full of flavor!
Ingredients:
3 slices garlic & herb pre-marinated pork loin (about 10–12 oz), cut into bite-sized cubes
8 oz pasta of choice
1–2 tbsp butter
¼ cup chicken stock
1 cup heavy cream
½–¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Black pepper, to taste
Pinch of thyme
1 tsp chopped parsley
Tiny pinch of rosemary
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Reserved pasta water, as needed
Directions:
Sear the cubed pork over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan.
Cook the pasta according to package directions, reserving about 1 cup of the pasta water before draining.
In the same pan, melt the butter and add the chicken broth, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom.
Stir in the heavy cream, then whisk in the Parmesan until smooth.
Season with black pepper, thyme, parsley, rosemary, and red pepper flakes, if using.
Add the cooked pasta and pork back to the pan, tossing everything together. Add reserved pasta water a little at a time until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
Serve with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley.
