His offspring inherit no dynasty, only his ability to slip through the cracks.

For mimicry to succeed, it must remain unnoticed. But the mimic has reached too far. He has left no room for ambiguity, no space for natural uncertainty, no refuge for those who once allowed him to exist through tolerance. He has demanded too much. Women, who once accommodated, now recognize the intrusion. Gay men, who were told they were merely precursors to him, now reject the erasure of their own history. Those who hesitated, once grateful for an explanation, now realize they were not given space to answer for themselves. The world he has rewritten begins to remember what came before. And so, the mimic’s collapse is inevitable. Not because he is defeated, but because his illusion was never sustainable. He did not conquer—he overreached. He did not create—he erased too much. The world he built cannot last, because a world built on denying reality must constantly suppress reality. And reality always returns. The mimic, once unseen, becomes too visible. And mimicry, once seen, cannot survive.
