For 27 years, the DOJ enforced our right to live in the community—then on June 18th, they switched sides. This memo is now being used by six states challenging Section 504 in the Texas v. Kennedy case. They're trying to roll back Olmstead and force disabled people back into institutions. It's more expensive to institutionalize than to support people at home—this isn't about money, it's about control. We cannot go backwards!!
