IC€ is grabbing people off the streets, locking them up—and apparently the laws don't apply once they're inside. Women in their custody have been sexually abused by the very people put in power to guard them. Thousands of reports documented. And the government argued they don't even have to follow the rules meant to protect women behind bars. This isn't enforcement—this is a system out of control. And our tax dollars are funding it.
