An 18-year-old woman was punched in the face during a traffic stop—by a state trooper.
Trooper Moisses Arellano of the Arkansas State Police took Alisa N. Hackett from Osceola, Arkansas to the ground and struck her near Manila, Arkansas on August 1, 2026. Her crime? A speeding ticket.
She was punched in the face. And witnesses say Arellano told her—"Who said I can't punch you in the face? I'll do it again."
This is abuse of power. Demand accountability.
