I remember sharing this case when it first came out and it barely got any traction. It just didn't pick up enough to make a stink—and that's been bothering me ever since. So I'm really glad to see it's finally getting the attention it deserves.

Rasheem Carter—25 years old. A father. A chef. A business owner. A man who told his mother he was being chased by three truckloads of white men who wanted to kill him.

He went to the police twice for help. They turned him away. Told him they couldn't give him a ride. Told him he couldn't stay. His mother told him to go to the police because that's what we're raised and told to do—and they still failed him.

What exactly are these police officers good for? Why are we allowing billions of dollars of our tax money to go towards an agency that is hurting us more than helping us? They often refuse to help when we ask for it. They protect material possessions for corporations and the elite over human life. They have the highest domestic violence rates of any profession. They brutalize and even kill unarmed people over jaywalking and running stop signs—while assisting IC€ to kidnap people. And not one child predator from the Epstein files has been found or held accountable. But go off about how they're here to protect us.

A month later, his remains were found scattered across two acres of woods—decapitated and dismembered. His testicles were in his mouth, his bones were broken, and his spinal cord was found in a completely different location than his head. The Mississippi State Medical Examiner's Office ruled the cause and manner of death "undetermined"—not because there was no evidence of trauma, but because the remains were too decomposed to determine exact timing. The sheriff said there was "no reason to believe foul play was involved."

I'm sorry—how exactly do you decapitate yourself, put your own testicles in your mouth, and scatter your own body across two acres? Make it make sense.

An independent autopsy says otherwise. Attorney Ben Crump called it a modern-day lynching and is demanding the DOJ step in.

This happened in 2022. It's now 2026 and the family still doesn't have answers. The racist demons in Mississippi seem to be filling in the blanks more and more. Rasheem's name deserves justice. His daughter deserves the truth.
