For a post, can people recommend any BIG Substacks (thousands of paid subscribers) where the person or people running it did not already have some sort of large platform?

In this instance, a pre-existing large platform could be a popular podcast, published books, a blog, a prominent job in journalism, a large social media following, or being famous for some other reason through sports, media, politics, etc. Thanks!
