This one change will result in higher prescription costs and increased insurance premiums for people who are already barely getting by on fixed incomes that don't adequately adjust for the recent dramatic rise in the cost of living.

In other words, the Trump administration is again "saving money" by taking away support from the Americans who need it the most. All in the name of supporting tax breaks for the super wealthy, financing an unnecessary war in Iran, and Trump's personal grift and drain on the Treasury. There's only one word to describe it. EVIL.
