Sadly, conservatives and liberals alike are seeing the country’s values percolating for the world to see, a mirror to our soul. Please do not berate Americans who are fleeing the country as conscientious objectors to this regime. Some will stay and some will fight. We are all in this mess together. Generous helpings of compassion, love, grace, patience and hope to sustain our psyches during these dark days.
