Pesticide Action Alert: Please call your Representatives TODAY and request that they remove three sections (Sections 453, 457, and 507) from the Fiscal Year 2026 Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Bill. Why? These three sections roll back environmental protections by mandating that no money appropriated in the bill can be used to enforce pesticide harm findings. Meaning herbicides and other pesticides that harm human and environmental health can be applied indiscriminately again.
