
I’d always assumed that with enough money (power), you’d be free to be a moral/ethical pillar, where having accumulated inconceivable wealth would free you from political winds (because you no longer needed the system to sustain that growth) and the idiocy of our broken government. Instead, what’s become abundantly clear, is that the wealthiest are NEVER satisfied, and their unusable fortunes aren’t either.
